      Pros

      They provide what employees need. They are generous with benefits. Salary is given on time. Generous support for extracurricular activities. They provide what employees need. They are generous with benefits.

      Cons

      The company is more focused on their head office rather than the startup office here in the Philippines. They lack proactive decision-making during typhoons. There is micromanagement — even tasks that don’t require close monitoring are still required to be monitored. They don’t pay much attention to employee feedback, especially from those in analyst positions. Trust is given more to leadership roles.

      Pros

      They allow their employees to run autonomously with no "micro-management."

      Cons

      They base all decisions on short term, bottom line criteria. Dozens of analysts and technicians were terminated immediately after a large contract was not renewed. 7 year veterans were let go within 30 days of the contract termination. No strategic plan for growth or in anticipation of client flux.
