      Pros

      Best company I’ve ever worked for. The company culture is very supportive and conducive to growing yourself professionally. All the employees are very knowledgeable and focused on delivering the best service possible. The company is attracting new clients, their direction is solid, their service is among the best, and the future outlook is promising. I’m proud to have been part of the SecureOps team.

      Cons

      Very few… depends if you are a glass half full or a glass half empty type of person.

      Pros

      They allow their employees to run autonomously with no "micro-management."

      Cons

      They base all decisions on short term, bottom line criteria. Dozens of analysts and technicians were terminated immediately after a large contract was not renewed. 7 year veterans were let go within 30 days of the contract termination. No strategic plan for growth or in anticipation of client flux.
