      Worst culture and boss ever. Got hired under a micromanaging boss who takes her temper out on her staff. Very unprofessional. No wonder that job posting is always available on LinkedIn.

      Leadership is wishy washy, will tell you one thing one week and the opposite the next If you’re not in the new Lennox branch you don’t matter Performance reviews don’t happen regularly or at all Will fire you with no warning or write ups first
