      Great hybrid setup but limited promotion opportunities

      Pros

      Hybrid work set up. For those who are not in branch or any position that need customer interaction or like client meeting, you only need to report in HO 2x a month which greatly help the employee to lessen the expenses and more time to spend with the family.

      Cons

      If you are a home grown like me, it's hard to get promoted into higher position once you achieve an officer level. Some say that their current role is not align on the current market value outside the company.
