Pros
Used to be really awesome with money to be made, now only if you're one of 6 people who the company favors. Everyone else gets the scraps left behind from their efforts or old accounts.
Cons
No longer a progressive workplace. You will be capped almost immediately. No upwards movement available any more. You will stay where you're at once you're hired. Goals increase almost consistently even though lead pool deteriorates at a higher rate.
