Pros

SECURUSAMERICA is the real deal. When someone joins a company they truly want to know 3 things; Can I Trust Them, Can They Help Me, and Do They Care For Me? At SECURUS the resounding answer to all 3 questions is YES! If you are willing to WORK and FOLLOW the SECURUS SYSTEM you will not fail at this company. At this company the agent's personal profitability as it's #1 mission.

Cons

The one true negative is that you have to "WORK" 3/4 days a week. If you are looking for a GET RICH QUICK deal this ain't it!!! Move on.

Pros

I have over 6 years experience in this industry. I have been with other IMO's. There is no comparison. The Executive Team is constantly improving this system. If you can get excited about no income limitations, 3-4 day work weeks, unlimited access to qualified leads, and unparalleled training and support, this company could be the right fit. I have watched individuals with no prior sales experience simply follow the leader and find incredible opportunity! There is no room for ego. From the top to the newest team member, humility and servant mindset are what sets this company apart. If you want to partner with men and women of high moral character and integrity, you are welcome here! We get the opportunity daily to serve an underserved market with kindness and genuine concern. You make great money and sleep well at night!

Cons

The biggest risk is your own ability to manage your work ethic. You must be committed to the system laid out. You have to be open and transparent with your client and genuinely care about them. If you're looking to make a quick buck without earning it, there are other opportunities.
