      You will be fired inevitably. They just laid off half their workforce. They love misjudging what they have going on and having to fire people.

      Small company, despite usual politics, I felt like they appreciated employees well and took some small steps to make life a little easier. Lots of friendly people were working there that cared about their job and the company.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement for me and not a huge focus on professional development.
