Their method of interview is a bit unorthodox. It is not an individual interview and doesn't involve anyone not directly on the team, but instead you are interviewed by the entire team at once. This means old and new members are involved and can be a bit daunting since a large number of eyes are on you, but not everyone may talk or have questions depending on how the interview goes.
