      Pros

      Great talented people Great benefits, 401k, Insurance, etc Product has good market exposure with established customer Remote and flexible work Dog friendly office

      Cons

      Average comp Higher management says they are transparent but it doesn't show in practice. Equity plan is not very transparent. Engineering under stuffed and overworked. Execs dont seem to care though. The industry for heavy equipment is traditional and so is the customer. Hence selling robots is a hard job.

      Awesome product, constant innovation, good culture

      Missing a sense of direction, leadership is unsure of what direction to move the product line to launch this "startup" to the next level

      Pros

      Small company, despite usual politics, I felt like they appreciated employees well and took some small steps to make life a little easier. Lots of friendly people were working there that cared about their job and the company.

      Cons

      Not much room for advancement for me and not a huge focus on professional development.
