Pros

Product that just works. The CDP space is filled with vendors that peddle vaporware and broken promises, but Segment luckily can back up our claims with a very solid product. Despite the rapid growth, Segment has been able to maintain a high-level of talent and integrity.

Cons

The sales culture has become very cut-throat, and doesn't seem to fit the modern way that people buy software. It seems that leadership is more interested in vanity metrics and making people sweat rather than providing the necessary resources to grow properly.
