Cons
- Pricing is high compared to competition and hard to quantify $ value for "ease of use". Many customers happy to spend the difference on an extra engineer, with overall savings still higher. - Deal Desk were not an enabler. - Lack of sales leadership, SE leadership trying to determine sales process.
