      Pros

      I've had a really great experience at Semrush. I feel like there are plenty of educational resources (because there's a lot to know with the product). Great work/life balance as we work in a hybrid model. I've managed to make some great friends during my time at Semrush. My experience has been mainly positive.

      Cons

      Sometimes poor or false communication from management on changes, initiatives and even compensation.

      Very thorough onboarding and enablement process. Great culture and people. Excellent company & team communication.

      Cons

      There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

      Pros

      The product is an industry leader, making it exciting to work on. The teams are filled with incredibly smart, creative, and collaborative people. Benefits and remote flexibility are solid, and there are good opportunities to learn SEO and digital marketing deeply.

      Cons

      The work culture can occasionally lean toward working harder than playing hard especially as the company scales.
