      Pros

      Friendly atmosphere. Great Benefits. Freedom to be autonomous. Get to help other people. CEO is accessible and approachable. Love it.

      Cons

      Right before, during, and after a new product launch, it can be very stressful here. I suppose that's how it would be anywhere though.
