Pros
- Great Engineers and Developers - Engineering team has great processes and standards - The card editor part of the business is fun to work on - 100% remote - The mission of the company is moral, ethical and uplifting
Cons
- Last minute deadlines, poor project planning - Decisions and deadlines are made top-down, from Kody & co. down to the engineers - Although the business is exclusively eCommerce, it is NOT technology first - A lot of problem solving focuses on handling MLM subscriptions, accounts and users rather than product features and improvements.

Pros
They really care about their employees. It's a family vibe for sure. They work with you whenever anything comes up. I love being able to work from home.
Cons
The pay isn't awesome. The company is small so there isn't a lot of room to grow within it. There are a lot of IT problems as new things roll out, so customers get frustrated about that and it gets tiring.
