Pros
The office is really great, people are always helpful, open and fun! The role is also challenging but in a good way, there is always something to do.
Cons
- Some HR policies are still being built from the ground up, which requires a lot of patience and "building the plane while flying it." - In the rush to move fast, internal documentation can sometimes fall behind. You’ll find yourself answering the same Slack questions until the Wiki catches up.
