- at Sendcloud I met some of the best people and friends I met over the course of my career - lots of space to implement your own projects (has a downside mentioned below) - good company to kickstart your career

Cons

- your ideas get implemented or praised only if they’re 100% in line with what the founders think right away. Anything outside the status quo is shunned: recently some very high-profile hires were fired after only a few weeks for this very reason. - for a company that claims to be ‘no bullshit’, it is absolutely very bullshitty. Very little transparency from basically everyone in and around the founders clique. - so much politics and gossip! Feels very high school at times. Sure, fun parties and pleasant casual environment, but the atmosphere is very provincial and ‘we’re-a-family-owned-business’ for a company that claims to be a powerhouse in e-commerce.

Pros

Nice people working here, hybrid work model and generous compensations for expats.

Cons

No(thing, but) bullsh*t. Core values are fake, management act far away from transparent, communication is bad and it feels like they don't really care about it. They also organised parties and kept fridges full of beer while having a lay-off which is beyond my understanding.

Pros

I am working for Sendcloud for 7 years now and one of the things I appreciate most is that it feels like we're one big family. Sendcloud employs a lot of people from different nationalities, all with their own expertise and background. This makes it an amazing environment to work in. Next to that, you are encouraged to grow and learn together. There's plenty of room for creativity to come up with new ideas and initiatives that can help the business to grow. To conclude, Sendcloud is a great place to work if you want a company that moves fast and encourages innovation. Next to that, there's a lot of talent within the company which makes it exciting to work on different projects together.

Cons

When working in a scale-up not everything is set in stone and some structures are not in place yet. The environment requires flexibility and not everyone is able to cope with that.

A great employer, there is always room for your personal growth. A nice office to work in and possibility to work hybrid. Communication with management is very informal, which is nice because I don't like a formal working atmosphere. New ideas are valued as well as own input in certain matters/projects. Culture is fun, a lot is organized for the employees, such as parties and anniversaries, and the management considers it important that the employee feels good and feels at home at Sendcloud

Cons: I can't list. There is always something to complain about, but that is not worth mentioning. I am still very happy to work at this company!

- The culture at the company is great. You get to meet many cultures which all strengthen each other. - There is a lot of room for growth. Everyone gets a 2000 EUR study budget to invest in personal growth. More importantly, you get the opportunity to bring the things you learn into practice. - The work I do is challenging and diverse. You work on small and big projects within the company, which makes you learn new things (about the company and also data-wise) fast.

My immediate team and management was nice and supportive. The wider management let the company down.

Cons

The salary and comp for this role is far below market average. The company preaches a ‘great culture’ but this is definitely not the case. For the most part people were nice but departments rarely mingled and the office felt very clique-y. Management was poor and there are very little processes in place. It was the Wild West in many cases when it came to sourcing and closing deals.
