Forced to work 10 to 12 hours a day and could not take a single day off even if you have a severe cold. HR constantly threatened employees with termination if they couldn't work the 10 plus hours. A lot of discrimination went on in both HR and inside the production facility. Overworked and not allowed to take bathroom breaks, would be forced to work on lines while being sprayed with chemicals in the face by sanitation. Very dangerous work condition and mentally harmful. And no room for growth.
