Great company - Anonymous employee Sennheiser Employee Review

The company changed to a more centralized business model some years back and America's location changing from a separately run subsidiary to working and reporting directly to Germany caused US employees to take a hit. No more bonus checks, less of a company culture and some employment/logistic details can get tricky. I believe these changes are temporary and as the company works out the kinks things will improve.
