None - a great place for those who want to grow and have ownership

I’ve really enjoyed my time here so far. I joined at an early stage and have had a very positive experience. The team is ambitious, supportive, and enjoyable to work with. Hard work and initiative are noticed and appreciated, and there’s a strong sense of ownership across the company.

There aren’t many downsides. The pace is fast, so it’s best suited to people who are comfortable jumping in quickly, learning on the fly, and taking responsibility early.
