      The energy here is incredible, people are incredibly smart and truly inspiring, and it’s pushed me to do my best work. I’ve learned more here in a few months than anywhere else. Incredibly talented team - everyone is so driven and genuinely kind. Culture is high-ownership and high-trust: you're given real responsibility early and trusted to run with it. There's also a clear sense of purpose behind what we ship- we move fast but build thoughtfully.
