      Pros

      Great team to work with, and 20 days annual leave. Office hours.

      Cons

      Dictate by one person in HQ, everyone revolve around him. Bad company culture and management, unfairness treatment even though you perform. No AWS or performance bonus.

      Pay is good, team is nice and workload is reasonable.

      Cons

      Asking for an increase seems like an insult, center management is limited by senior management constantly, cannot ask for a day off/sick day "too often"
