Pros

Stable, not overly demanding roles for reprographics operators. Depending on the branch, mostly friendly and fair management. Easy to learn and carry out daily reprographic and printing tasks. High quality, up-to-date printing equipment. Opportunities to learn a variety of technical printing skills.

Cons

Relatively low pay, pay freeze still in place since 2008. And not a lot of opportunities in terms of progressing and promotions. Typically a reprographics operator should not expect their career to develop a lot. From analog operator one can advance to become a digital operator.

Pros

Collaborative environment. Continued Education and Growth Focused. Supportive colleagues and leadership. Truly do care about quality within. Overall, there is learning curves with every company, but I do believe SP is on the right track for continued success.

Cons

I can not wait to see processes smoothed out overtime. It truly will be a game changer for the long term of ServicePoint once everything is on one true path of how processes are tracked and followed. Aside from the adaptability from an employee that is needed for the ever changing environment on policies and procedures (which is apart of any large company in foundational stages), I feel hopeful for the future.
