    Pros

    Good company to work for but has since closed its US locations.

    Company has closed since I was employed with them.

    I worked at Service Point full-time

    Pros

    Stable, not overly demanding roles for reprographics operators. Depending on the branch, mostly friendly and fair management. Easy to learn and carry out daily reprographic and printing tasks. High quality, up-to-date printing equipment. Opportunities to learn a variety of technical printing skills.

    Cons

    Relatively low pay, pay freeze still in place since 2008. And not a lot of opportunities in terms of progressing and promotions. Typically a reprographics operator should not expect their career to develop a lot. From analog operator one can advance to become a digital operator.

    Pros

    Free to come and go as you see fit - management style very relaxed which is sometimes a bad thing too

    Cons

    After being taken over by the Paragon Group it became apparent that costs would be stripped out of the business and assets sweat to within an inch of their lives

    Advice to Management

    Starting taking notice of the top performers and support them as we will all leave to the competition and you will be back in the same position as 2 years ago
