Franchise owner had high turnover rate Hostile Work Environment from young coworkers Job description and actual job two different things Franchise owner had office staff perform personal tasks for her like buying art supplies on company time Franchise owner has office staff fill out IHSS false information which is illegal Franchise owner did not give proper training to office staff and usually went out of office to Indian casino Bank cards and personal banking information given out freely to anyone and office staff forged owner's signature repeatedly on checks

Pros

There are lots of pros, positive work environment, nice and kind team to work with. Management is open and communicative and provides lots of support and training.

Cons

There really are not too many, restoration requires some long work hours, buts thats typical!

decent starting pay and company vehicle

Cons

Owners care more about supporting their lifestyle than anything. False promises, no basic training, daily threats, asked to commit insurance fraud, outdated equipment-vehicles-facilities. a "Do more with less" mindset. Try to nickel and dime their own employees by charging outrageous amounts for anything they "issue" you. If you leave without offering a two week notice, they drop your pay to minimum wage. Not enough work to keep you busy doing what you were hired for and they bounce you around performing whatever they want you to.
