      Pros

      Management isn't overbearing while you're on the clock. Management is willing to help. Coworkers are generally nice people. Generally management is understanding with deadlines.

      Cons

      You are expected to be on all the time. Weekends, off hours, holidays you'll be expected to be "on call". Even on your PTO days you're likely to be called or needed. I've seen employees cancel year-end vacations because of company needs and not get the time comped. Seen devs promised comp time for working a holiday and management denied this days later.

      Pros

      The company is well positioned for continued growth. Our technologies are state of the art within the back office operational spaces that traditionally was paper, manual processing and causing organizations loss of money and reputation due to legacy infrastructure platforms. The partners and peers are professional and approachable which in this day and age is not common. Client focused with flexibility to ensure a great client experience. The culture is diverse and dynamic making this a positive and productive experienced for all employees in our office. I would highly recommend Shadow Financial to anyone who looks for challenges, work as a team and build on the foundation to further develop new technologies.

      Cons

      None to mention that would impact a potential employee decision. This is coming from someone that has been in the industry 20+ years working on the broker dealer side while working with business and technology partners.
