Pros
I got my start at SharpSpring and learned a lot about tech, start-ups, and SaaS companies in general. I learned a lot about my strengths in the process bc you end up wearing a lot of hats.
Cons
I was drastically underpaid. You expect that when you're fresh out of school but even after my first full year at the company I was barely making an increase.
