I've been with this company for 8 years now, and I can genuinely say it's been a great experience. The corporate values and culture truly stand out—this is the first job where I don't feel the need to "call in sick" often, simply because I'm happy to come to work. In my position, we're given the autonomy and trust to get the job done without being micro-managed. This level of independence is empowering and makes the workday much more enjoyable. The team I work with is fantastic, full of beautiful souls who create a supportive and positive environment. One of the things I appreciate most are the monthly social gatherings, like the "IT café" events, where there's always food and drinks. These moments provide a great opportunity to connect with colleagues, and when you can share a beer with your boss, you know you've found an employer that truly values its people.
