      Pros

      - Management is layered but lean so decisions can be made an executed without too much red tape - I love summer Fridays (half days) - Remote work without fear of losing it - Awesome colleagues, many very smart and capable team members - Always changing and evolving so there is room for growth and to learn new skills - Best work life balance I have ever had

      Cons

      - Being remote and outside of Quebec means I don't get visit my colleagues as often as I'd like for meetings - Not enough C-levels to streamline accountability between the departments
