This place is as unstable as it gets. From day one, upper leadership was dishonest and only looked out for themselves, while managers played favorites and handed opportunities to their friends. If you tried to speak up for your team or call out the obvious discrimination, you’d immediately have a target on your back. Layoffs happened so often that no one ever felt secure, and sales were practically nonexistent, so there was no real chance to succeed anyway. Raises and bonuses are nonexistent. Instead, you’re micromanaged, gaslit, and constantly reminded of billable targets that mean nothing.
