The total compensation package is bad. Benefits, bonuses, and equity/refreshers are lacking compared to other fintech companies. On top of that, there is way too much organizational politics. Promotions and career advancement are not based on your technical skills or professional achievements, but rather on who you know and how well you play the political game.
