A really really fun and caring environment, spontaneous, with last minutes events, friends etc... - Huge drive towards the perfect product, not for the company, but for its customers, with an attention to details like no other - Ambition, supported by a strong team : I have yet to find someone I wouldn't dream of working with. - Full openness on salaries, strategy, initiatives... with a strong support on new proposition, no matter who said it. - The will to change not only banking, but also impact the life of the customers and society as a whole. Lead by example is not just words, it a daily subject.
