No Job Security , The top three persons are playing a dictatorship game. Ther is no as such Company policy or Hr rules. Hr totally Controlled by Those three persons. They change the the company rules when ever they want. Any point of time they can ask employee to leave. No Employees benefits. Unnecessary Stretch and they will compel you to do so.
