      Pros

      Great people who are keen to do their best. Really good compensation and benefits. The company is invented in making remote work effective.

      Cons

      There can be some job uncertainty. Lots of churn that isn't always communicated. We've lost lots of great people for no apparent reason.

      Pros

      Remote work, pay was okay, some good coworkers

      Cons

      Lots of office politics going on in leadership and HR and direction shifts with the wind. No real clue of what we're working towards and too much tech debt to make any real progress on the product.
