      It is really hard for me to say something that I actually enjoyed.

      Cons

      Their rates are one of the lowest you can find in a company. Their internal communication is awful and their comments and critics to your videos are full of bad tones and destructive words

      More capital for growth. Imagine if Shmoop could buy horrible providers and give students a tool that works.

      Pros

      Company did not spare expenses for work related travel

      Cons

      Leadership was not experienced enough on the sales side. Expected money to come in much faster than a typical sales cycle. Made work very frustrating, and stressful.
