- Nice coworkers - Higher up appreciate your ideas/willing to implement new workflow/system for betterment of company - Most managers offers flexibility in terms of working from home - Have work from everywhere benefits - Pantries - Open discussion and clear communication culture
Cons
- Very bad pay - No salary increase or bonuses - Rigid bonuses system (sometimes you dont even get it) - Frequently “changes” of KPI - Not hiring more people to do the job (crazy workload) - Some managers are terrible at managing but good at making sure they do the works
