Pros
- The people are fantastic - The business was growing creating new opportunities and challenges - Great opportunity working at intersection of fashion, technology, ecommerce, and marketing - Feels like a startup -- moves pretty fast, can have an impact -- yet has more security being a part of a multi-billion dollar company (Rakuten)
Cons
There was an aim to bring all the Rakuten companies together across culture and policies, which is very challenging with so many distinct businesses and causing some to feel like their uniqueness would get lost in that consolidation effort
