High turnover rate for a reason - Seller Support Shopee Employee Review

- No leadership/management - No proper training// very little training. - Inexperienced management with terrible communication & new rules every week. Higher management worked based on mood. - Unnecessary micro management. - Higher management is rude & will fire people based on mood, then try to cover up the issues as they may get in trouble. - No proper communications between departments - Unethical with customers, little to no conflict resolution taught to us. Most customers threaten to report for this reason - Overtime is imminent as high turnover rate - No food AT ALL provided around entire warehouse. Only a couple vending machine
