First of all, we are pleased that you valued the team spirit at Shopgate as much as we do: because it is simply unique!
With regard to the salary package and social benefits, we try to take the current market situation into account and use salary benchmarks, which we regularly re-evaluate. We are sorry about that you didn't like our offer. A promotion can only be approved if there is a suitable position to be filled out. Now, it’s hard to asses to us whether what situation was in your case. We were sorry that you didn't feel valued enough. We work hard to take measures to ensure that our employees can pursue suitable careers with us. For example through our measures such as regular 360-degree-feedback and semi-annual assessments on the agreed goals, we always try to give our employees the right level of recognition and appreciation.
