With regard to the salary package and social benefits, we try to take the current market situation into account and use salary benchmarks, which we regularly re-evaluate. We are sorry about that you didn't like our offer. A promotion can only be approved if there is a suitable position to be filled out. Now, it’s hard to asses to us whether what situation was in your case. We were sorry that you didn't feel valued enough. We work hard to take measures to ensure that our employees can pursue suitable careers with us.
