Pros

- The people are ostensibly nice and do their best to put on a show of "employee appreciation" with periodic social events and personal touches such as birthday gifts and company swag. - Good benefits package

Cons

- The veneer of valuing employees vanishes the moment anything needs to be done beyond Zoom "happy hour" and sending you a Shorepoint water bottle. Leadership will not stand up for you under any sort of duress and will sell you down the river to clients, other consulting firms, anyone to whom it might be financially beneficial. - Leadership is very patronizing, especially when delegating unpleasant tasks. - Entire company save for two people is white men, and it shows. The culture is more akin to a college fraternity than a professional work environment, and this often produces interactions that range from uncomfortable to outright sexist. This is a boys' club. If you aren't a white man, chances are you aren't really going to fit in.

Hiring process was quick and smooth. First was a call, then zoom with manager, then offer.. all in 6 days. Benefits were amazing and all PTO was given in January for the year, relaxed environment.

Cons

Contract work so it's a possibility you could lose your job/contract loss.
