      Pros

      Shorr was a great company to work for in regards to support, customer service and product offerings. They go to great lengths to provide all the necessary people and tools for anyone to be successful.

      Cons

      Unless you are one of the big hitters you do not get a lot of attention and often get trumped when needing someone to help you. This is the big downside.

      Great pay and work/life balance! I personally have had all positive experiences with management and my piers.

      Occasional mandatory travel can make managing your work schedule tricky.
