Pros
- Pros are that they have a cool coffee machine - that's it. Also, the recruitment team is great.
Cons
- This has to be the most disorganized company I have ever worked for. They are constantly struggling to implement new processes/tools where they should be focusing on their people and empowering/training them. - PTW Global really only puts effort into their team in India, and Montreal gets overlooked constantly - This place may be for you if you: - Don't enjoy work/life balance - Don't want to grow in your career - Don't want to have a supportive team
