Some of the coworkers were nice, but other than that absolutely nothing.

This company is a complete joke. When I first joined they lied to me and said it was a full time contract, it was in fact a zero hour contract. After my induction, I wasn't given a single shift for 6 WEEKS. Something I would later find out was a common practice where they would leave employees hanging and even "shadow firing" people they didn't like. Especially those critical of work environment. Management has improved since then from the toxic people who ran it but it's been disappointment after disappointment. The pay is WAY to low for what we are doing and shift patterns are sporadic. After all these promises of wage increases what did we get? Our jobs unofficially outsourced to Romania because their minimum wage is lower. I've been out of work for 5 weeks now with over half the workforce and no news of anything going on. This has been a regular occurrence throughout so after 5 years of being treated like trash, I'm leaving. Please avoid this job like the plague, you'll get nothing but empty promises, lies and an empty bank account.
