Other than salary pay out was on time, nothing.
Cons
The HR doesn't care about the employees, provides empty promises (technically lies), does things half-baked without thinking through, bad in communications and only know to nod and agree to what the higher management says without caring for the welfare of the employees, and blames others for her own mistakes, does a lot of things in the dark thinking people wouldn't know or expose her. All of these little actions behind the back can't actually be "hidden" if it were in the office environment before we started working remotely. They can't fire her since she was the only "management" left in the Singapore studio, but really, all she does is tarnishing what image the company has left for the remaining employees and everyone is just quietly watching her clowning around with her superior.
