Pros

Salary Comes on Time. Exposure to learn new things voluntarily

Cons

Govt Office. Poor performers have great opportunities over there, nobody can sack easily. Plus poor performers can stay for more than 7 or 10 years and enjoy doing nothing. No body is evaluating the value added from the resources who is staying long what they are doing today and what is the improvement. this seriously demotivates ppl who is working hard and overloaded one sided with lower pay. Poor Performer who is not loyal to job & company they are getting max benefit. THIS IS THE FACT ( People who is working for years... they dont have talent esp on Test Engineers)
