      * A good culture of honest people that are really easy to communicate with even through tough problems * Stayed here because I like my team * Flexible remote working options

      Cons

      * Could improve on career growth for early/mid career engineers. * The typical startup challenge of missing certain processes and wearing the extra hats to fit in those pieces * Great communicators exist but working remotely is still a challenge.

      Pros

      1. CEO and CTO are inspiring leaders, thoughtful and above all amazing humans. This frame of leadership percolates to others in the company making the environment a great place to work. 2. Category defining technology and amazing partnerships with hyper scalers. Rarely is such attention provided to startups, and a great validation of the opportunity ahead. Overall amazing opportunity to build a career and be part of what could be a great outcome for all.

      At times things can be chaotic, but that is part of startup life.

      Lots of buzz related to the space.

      Cons

      Leadership is clueless. Half the team sits in Michigan, the rest in Silicon Valley. Very dysfunctional. The leaders from the two locations do not communicate. The CEO seems to scared to tell the truth. Always sugar coating everything.
