Technology has great promise and is in an industry starving for better analytics Everyone can work remote when they need to

Cons

Leadership is plenty optimistic but impatient or maybe just running out of time. Has been a lot turnover when there didn't have to be because of poor understanding of how impossible asks of people had been.

The technology is interesting and the work is challenging. The individual contributors at the company are fantastic folks to work with.

Cons

The senior leadership team is toxic in various ways. There is little stability in certain parts of the organization. The business model likely isn’t scalable. Work-life balance is a joke.
