Business Outlook
Pros
People are great and the products are too. They are trying to wear their big-boy-pants, they really are, but the company is strapped for resources. I do think they mean it when they say assume best intent, but I think recent layoffs while replacing with less experienced people shows otherwise. Health benefits are good Work/life balance is good for most - unless you're the only SME of something.....
Cons
There are sadly so many. Since the acquisition, things have really gone down the drain. The C-suite has turned over except for a few, but the damage is done. A white guys who likes to play with boats and brag about money and his success. The culture has gone down the drain
