You aren't working outside. That's honestly the only GOOD thing about working for this company.

Everything. From being treated as if you are in 3rd grade, to the horrible pay and virtually non existent benefits, this is a place you want to avoid. Employees told they cannot use the bathroom because somebody had went to the BR and rolled a joint. Little pieces were left behind, so everybody else was forbidden to use the bathroom. When you COULD use the bathroom, you were required to clock out in order to do so. Constant lies from the management. There is no federal law forbidding cell phones in call centers. Promotion based on friendship, not ability. Was told "next time we have a pub crawl, you should go so that people can see your face and know you're a team player". I work to earn a living, not to be drinking buddies. Don't tell the people that you spent millions of dollars buying your new building, and hundreds of thousand upgrading it, and then say that you can't afford to pay more than $8/hour for a base pay. a break room with four chairs and a workforce of over 140 people does NOT make sense. A dress code for people who spend all day on the phone, inside a dark building, with no public access, is stupid.
