Pros

- you get all governmental holidays off, including religious holidays - summer fridays all year round - 12 weeks of paid maternity

Cons

- VERY Pro FaceTime Company - you won't get any training at all - some people in various departments are hard to approach because of their attitude "do not disturb me" - very little PTO (10 days first year and that includes sick days!!!) - management is very subjective and gives fake promises all the time - management only cares about getting into certain ratings

Pros

Working at Silverstein Properties offers a supportive and collaborative environment, with strong colleagues and a high-quality office setting that makes day-to-day work more enjoyable. Employees benefit from exposure to large-scale, high-profile real estate developments, providing valuable industry experience. The company also offers a competitive compensation structure, making it financially rewarding. Combined with a fast-paced atmosphere, the role helps build a strong, marketable resume and accelerates professional growth.

Cons

One of the key challenges is that you often need to adjust to your manager’s style and expectations, as flexibility tends to be one-sided rather than mutual. Additionally, opportunities for long-term career advancement can be limited in certain roles, which may make it harder to map out a clear growth path. At times, the workload can also become quite demanding, requiring you to manage periods of high intensity and pressure.
